As we return to our classic brand, we also return to conferencing and we are waiting with excitement to get back to work, to help, to plan and host all of your events. If there is one thing 2020 showed us, it is not to take in-person events for granted in the future.

What happens now?
With large events beginning to take place and government regulations change for the better, we have already taken steps to ensure all of our clients, staff and delegates are safe. We also have prepared the right resources to help you plan and hold safe, socially distanced events until covid restrictions are lifted completely.
We have ensured that all of our rooms now have two metre and one metre social distancing capacities and thanks to our state-of-the-art AV, we can easily project a session from one room into various other rooms, meaning even larger events can be accommodated.
Other steps we have introduced to help ensure everyone’s safety include:
- Creating risk assessments in line with current government guidelines for all events
- Communicating risk assessments and policies to staff and attendees
- Providing hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes in every room for delegates
- Cleaning all rooms and spaces, and their touch points at set intervals
- Hosting virtual conferences
The Team cannot wait to get stuck into this conferencing season. The key thing we want to offer is flexibility; as everything changes constantly and nothing is set in stone. With that in mind, we are ready to help you plan your first event in the post-covid era.

2021
2020 was our 50th anniversary, our golden branding was designed to reflect both our anniversary and kick off a myriad of fun events and parties… That didn’t happen, but never fear, we will be sharing some fun stories of the past 50 years, holding some belated celebrations and toasting our 50 years of conferencing, throughout 2021.
We hope to welcome you all to York very soon!
All the best
