  2. Is this event suitable for children?
    The performance is suitable for all ages, however under 14’s are to be accompanied by an adult. 1 child under 12 months is free with each full paying adult ticket, the child will be required to sit on the adult’s lap.
  3. Is parking available?

  4. Are there toilets/wash facilities nearby?
    There are several standard toilets and accessible toilets on the ground floor of Central Hall
  5. Will refreshments be available to purchase?
    Yes – Card-only payments.
  6. What’s the Refund Policy?
    All tickets are non-refundable.
  7. Will I be assigned an individual seat number?
    Yes, you will receive an individual seat number however please note the venue is bench seating.
  8. Do you have accessible seating?
    Yes, via lift access there are step free ‘accessible platforms’ in blocks 1 and 5 only (see seating map). Due to limited availability, we ask that for every guest requiring an accessible seat, only 1 other essential companion is seated in this section. All other seats are accessed via stairs.
  9. How do I purchase tickets if I have accessibility requirement?
    If you require a step free seat (suitable for those in wheelchairs) or need an essential companion please email us at conferences@york.ac.uk with a photo of your nimbus access card (or other proof of disability). We will then email you a code to book your seats.
