The Future Foundations awards are your chance to come together and share your pride in the amazing technology and innovations in the construction and property industry.

The winners will be announced and presented with their trophy at an awards ceremony and gala dinner by renowned property expert, businesswoman, TV presenter and writer, Sarah Beeny on Tuesday 2 April 2019, at The Roger Kirk Centre, University of York.

All firms are encouraged to apply for this award: whether you’re in the industry or working indirectly with the industry, this category is aimed at any new innovation that has had a significant impact on the property construction industry. We are looking at significant evidence of the innovation and what it has done to the industry. You will demonstrate key statistics and financials where necessary.
Who is the best in their field? We are looking for the developer who has changed the property game over the last year. We will be considering the following; what schemes have you developed? The size of your deals and their financials, showing the clear growth and development between this year and last. Any internal improvements implemented such as procedures, training and staffing and the impacts these have had.
This award is for PropTech companies that have excelled over the last year. Applicants should be at the pinnacle of this industry and must demonstrate why their Tech is the best in the industry. We are looking at innovation, quality, growth, people and key financial statistics.
We are looking for Tech start-ups that are entering the market with a big dreams and aspirations but also with a product that will change the industry. You will be able to illustrate your plans for growth and ambitions and explain and display your products and services.
Can you demonstrate clear technology innovation used on a project/scheme? If you can this award could be for you. We are looking for companies who have innovated in the infrastructure sector. Substantial and in depth technical evidence will be required.
We are looking for companies that have come up with the best innovative sustainability process, technology or product which has changed the industry over the past 12 months. You will need to showcase your submission with clear differentiation statistics.
This award celebrates innovative and creative building interiors, with consideration given to space creation and planning, furnishings, finishes, aesthetic presentation and functionality. You will have created your best work on a project and be able to demonstrate why you stand out from the rest. Consideration will be given to space allocation, traffic flow, building services, lighting, fixtures, flooring, colours, furnishings and surface finishes.
The best construction company category is for those companies that have dominated the construction industry this year. You will have worked on some of the best schemes in the country. You will demonstrate clearly how you are the best in the game with financial data, project details, statistics, innovation, strategies and economic impact in the area such as jobs creation and training.
