These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for offers and discounts within York Conferences and Events.

YCE (and ‘We’, ‘Our’, ‘Ours’ and ‘Us’) refers to York Conferences and Events in these terms.

  • YCE reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions which are applicable to all retail offers and discounts at any time, without prior notice, by amending these online.
  • All offers and discounts are non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  • All offers and discounts are subject to availability, can be modified or withdrawn without notice, and may be available for a limited period only.
  • Our retail offers and discounts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

H&EN 20% off room hire promotion

  • The 20% discount applies to room hire only, with other costs such as staffing and catering will be quoted and charged at the full rate to the client.
  • The discount applies to events that will be taking place between 01.01.2026 and 31.12.2026 and are subject to availability.
  • This discount is valid on bookings made with the contract signed and returned by 30.11.2025.
  • Clients must quote YCE2026 at the point of enquiry either over the phone or over email in order to secure their discount.
